Catering Hours

Our regular catering hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday Friday.  Deliveries scheduled during off-hours are subject to additional charges. Minimum revenue requirements apply for all catering service provided after 4:30p.m, please call the catering office at 617-973-3400 to discuss.

Changes to catering orders may be made up to 3 business days before the event.  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or charges may be incurred.  Events cancelled less than 24 hours prior to event will be subject to billing of operational costs incurred. Every effort will be made to minimize or eliminate these charges

Payment Terms
All catered events must have secured payment prior to the event.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and checks on the day of the event.

All costs are subject to applicable Massachusetts sales taxes. Tax exempt groups must provide a Mass State Tax Exempt Organization Cer­tificate. Certificates may be faxed to our Catering Office at 617-619-8381 to claim exemption.

Notice Requests
In Sodexo's efforts to be more sustainable and provide the best quality of products and services, we ask that you provide us with at least 72 hours advanced notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests made less than 72 hours before the event.  These requests must be approved by Sodexo Management (Catering Manager).  A guaranteed count is required by 12:00pm, 2 business days prior to the event. This number constitutes a guaranteed minimum and is not subject to reduction.

When placing your order, please inform us if anyone in your party has a food allergy or any dietary restrictions.

Listed prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include 7% Massachusetts State Meals Tax, as required by law.

Delivery is included in the price. Service labor can be provided at an additional charge according to scope of service needs and menu. 
Please note that catering prices are subject to change.

Waitstaff and bartending fees will be applied to all events that require staff.  Staffing levels will depend on the size of the group and style of service requested.  The fee is $32 per hour and is applied to the duration of the event plus one hour for set up and one hour for break down, with a 4 hour minimum per staff.

Sodexo reserves the right to substitute menu items based on market availability.  You will be notified in advance of any necessary substitutions, and you will be offered a variety of alternatives whenever possible.

All deliveries for the 4th and 31st floor conference space include complimentary linen, china, silver flatware, and serving utensils.

All other floor deliveries include high quality disposable utensils, paperware and necessary condiments unless otherwise instructed.  China, linen, and service labor are available for an additional charge.

Equipment Rentals
We can arrange specialty rentals including tables, chairs, linens, china, and flatware for larger events for an additional fee.
